A- Objective is to advice the administration of federation when it is necessary
and requested.
B- Maintain the role of supervision the constitutional working of federation.
C- Advise the old traditions of federations and policy matters.
D- Advice the strategic policy initiatives.
E- Provide the critical analytical observations of upcoming challenges in
function of federation.
